The two proposed membership statuses are SECONDLIFE SILVER and SECONDLIFE GOLD.
SECONDLIFE SILVER
You start by becoming a SILVER member with your first purchase. Each checkout will bring you a loyalty point. Note that multiple checkouts on the same day and at the same shop will only earn you one point. However, if you shop at another SECONDLIFE store on the same day, the purchase will earn you an additional point.
Your SECONDLIFE SILVER loyalty card has 10 check boxes. Once these 10 check boxes have been completed, each counting for one point, you will automatically become a SECONDLIFE GOLD member. In addition, to thank you for your loyalty, we will offer you a 10% discount voucher to be used on your next checkout, usable only from the day after the day of issue and valid for 30 days.
You can use this voucher only once and excluding private sales and for items already on sale, only in the issuing store.
SECONDLIFE GOLD
The SECONDLIFE GOLD membership status gives you more benefits. As a SECONDLIFE GOLD member you will participate in our private sales, you will have first access to our new arrivals, Day-1 access to benefit from our quarterly sales and you will receive invitations for exclusive events around the fashion industry in which we will participate. You will also benefit from our home delivery service in Niamey at a fixed price and other services that we will offer in the future exclusively to our SECONDLIFE GOLD members.

Your SECONDLIFE GOLD loyalty card has 5 check boxes. HOW DOES THE SECONDLIFE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?
The SECONDLIFE loyalty program brings you into a world of exclusivity and gives you access to advantages reserved only for members.
It's simple, with the SECONDLIFE VIP club, a checkout is worth one point. Depending on your status (SILVER or GOLD), you will receive a 10% discount voucher valid on your in-store purchases once the required points have been accumulated.
From your first purchase, get SECONDLIFE SILVER status. From 10 points, upgrade to SECONDLIFE GOLD status and benefit from unprecedented advantages.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM
1. OBJECT
The SECONDLIFE loyalty program is a program managed by PARENGA AFRICA SARL, operator of the SECONDLIFE brand (hereinafter “SECONDLIFE”). This program allows, depending on the purchases made at SECONDLIFE, to accumulate points (1 point = 1 checkout) and points giving the right to reductions, advantages and / or reserved offers.
The SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program has two levels:
the program SECONDLIFE SILVER,
the program SECONDLIFE GOLD.
The SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program entitles the member to a physical or virtual loyalty card (hereinafter the “Loyalty Program Card”). It will be a “SECONDLIFE SILVER card” under the SECONDLIFE SILVER program and a “SECONDLIFE GOLD card” under the SECONDLIFE GOLD program.
FOR HOLDERS OF THE SECONDLIFE SILVER CARD
The SECONDLIFE SILVER Card allows its holder, upon presentation of it, to accumulate points in SECONDLIFE stores in Africa and to have access to the offers of the SECONDLIFE SILVER program.
The point counter is triggered as soon as the SECONDLIFE SILVER Card is obtained. The points counter is also incremented according to the scale: 1 checkout = 1 point on the counter.
It is specified that the meter is updated during checkout and on presentation of the loyalty card.
After 10 checkouts or after the counter is at 10 points, the holder automatically becomes a higher level member.
FOR HOLDERS OF THE SECONDLIFE GOLD CARD
The SECONDLIFE GOLD Card allows its holder, upon presentation of it, to accumulate points in SECONDLIFE stores in Africa and to have access to the offers of the exclusive SECONDLIFE GOLD program.

2. PROVISIONS COMMON TO ALL CARDS OF THE SECONDLIFE LOYALTY PROGRAM
Points accumulated cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
In the event of a refund request made in store, SECONDLIFE reserves the right to reduce the total number of points accumulated on the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program card by the number of points accumulated through the purchase of the product for which refund is requested.

The advantages offered to the holder of a SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program card may vary depending on the information sent by him and his communication preferences (postal address and / or email and / or SMS and / or social networks). In this context, it is expressly specified that obtaining certain advantages is linked to the means of communication provided by the member.
3. RIGHTS RESERVED FOR SECONDLIFE
SECONDLIFE reserves the right to modify these general conditions of its loyalty program and will inform the member of any modification by the means which it deems the most appropriate (mail, emailing, SMS, social networks, update of the new general conditions on the website SECONDLIFE.AFRICA etc).
The latest version of the general conditions of the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program applicable is the one available on the SECONDLIFE.AFRICA website. SECONDLIFE therefore invites each member to regularly consult the SECONDLIFE.AFRICA website.
SECONDLIFE also reserves the right to send personalized offers to certain Loyalty Card holders.
SECONDLIFE also reserves the right to modify or suspend the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program.
It is specified that in the event of a definitive discontinuation of the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program or of a complete overhaul of the latter resulting in the loss of valid offers and / or accumulated points, members will be informed by means of that SECONDLIFE will consider the most adequate.
Furthermore, SECONDLIFE cannot guarantee that the accumulated points not used will be reused in any form whatsoever within the framework of an evolution of the program.
SECONDLIFE reserves the right not to contact non-active members of the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program (i.e. those who have not made a purchase for more than 3 months by presenting their SECONDLIFE Loyalty Card) for inform of any changes to the program.
No modification, evolution or deletion of the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program will not entitle the member to compensation.
4. RESPONSIBILITY
SECONDLIFE is exempt from all liability for all consequences, direct or indirect, of any malfunctions of the SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program. In the event of a malfunction, SECONDLIFE will nevertheless do its best to ensure that the member can keep the benefit of his accumulation of points.
In the event of loss or theft of a SECONDLIFE Loyalty Program card, the SECONDLIFE Services must be contacted at the address below: "SECONDLIFE AFRICA - BP 10328 - NIAMEY - NIGER" or by contacting staff directly of the store that issued the card. A new card will be provided to the member as soon as possible, he will be able to keep the benefit of his points accumulated and not used on the previous one.
